How to Navigate This Workbook
This interactive workbook is organized into 10 sections spanning 36 entries, each building on the last. Here's how to get the most out of it:
- ← BACK & NEXT → — At the bottom of every page, you'll find navigation links to move to the previous or next page.
- Quick Links — Each page has a Quick Links toggle near the top with a table of contents for that page.
- 📚 Book Navigation — At the bottom-right of every page, you'll find a full Book Navigation panel that lets you jump to any page in the book.
- ✏️ Activities — Look for the orange callouts — these are reflection activities for you to engage with.
- 🔗 Videos — Some entries include links to supplementary videos.
- 📖 Glossary — Each page has two tabs at the top: Content and Glossary. Content displays the main material. Tap Glossary to see definitions of key terms used on that page — helpful if you encounter an unfamiliar word. Tap Content to return to where you left off.
